Think freezer panel. This product comes in different 3 thicknesses (50mm, 75mm and 100mm). The thicker the sheet, the wider the span without the need for a beam. The panel is made up of 3 layers; Colorbond roof, a layer of foam insulation and the Colorbond ceiling. Unfortunately this system is limited to just 9 of the 27 Colorbond colours; Surfmist, Paperbark, Classic Cream, Pale Eucalypt, Manor Red, Dune, Shale Grey and Basalt. Also, the posts and beams only come in Classic Cream or White and the ceiling is limited to Classic Cream or Surfmist. Although the finish can be great, the colour and profile limitations mean the patio can end up looking like a 'bolt on'.
